TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Urban Focus provides assistance to OHI in the financial development and creation of affordable housing. Ms. Stroud helps with the development of funding products, and development planning through this engagement, Urban Focus has supported OHI in the following efforts:

  • Foothill Family Apartments was the centerpiece for a neighborhood feasibility study to determine Oakland Housing Initiatives role in East Oakland.  Currently, Urban Focus is working with Oakland Housing Authority on the rehabilitation and refinancing of this 65 unit multi-family property

  • OAHPI-Plan to Plan-development of a plan to reconfigure, redevelop or dispose of 238 OHA owned and managed properties throughout Oakland.
