TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Urban Focus provides assistance to OHI in the financial development and creation of affordable housing. Ms. Stroud helps with the development of funding products, and development planning through this engagement, Urban Focus has supported OHI in the following efforts:

  • Neighborhood/Small Properties Development - OAHPI-Plan to Plan-development of a plan to reconfigure, redevelop or dispose of 238 OHA owned and managed properties throughout Oakland.

  • Foothill apartments and 77th Bancroft are two affordable housing developments where Urban Focus generated feasibility studies and supports the redevelopment process.
