Urban Focus provides assistance to OHA in the financial development and preservation of affordable housing. Ms. Stroud helps with the development of funding products, and development planning and through this engagement, Urban Focus has supported OHA in the following efforts:

  • OHA Strategic Framework-Real Estate.

  • Capacity building and support.

  • PBV Policy/ Voucher Utilization/ New Tools to Support Property Operations.

  • New production of financial underwriting for Homekey applications through City of Oakland RFP.

  • Neighborhood/Small Properties Development.

  • OAHPI-Plan to Plan-development of a plan to reconfigure, redevelop or dispose of 238 OHA owned and managed properties throughout Oakland.
