Urban Focus is a sub-consultant to Jones Lang LaSalle on the Land Use and Development Services for New Orleans International Airport Long Term Airport Development.  

As part of the Land Use and Development team, Urban Focus® has provided land use analysis, preliminary financial analysis on potential development opportunities and overall recommendations for onsite and offsite development including best practices recommendations for the surrounding zoning and land use including assessing the existing businesses around the airport and determining potential land development opportunities.
