FINANCIAL AND DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANCE

Urban Focus® has acted as Owner’s Representative for the duration of the project, working with consultants, developing the timeline, preparing and managing the pro forma and working with owner to obtain State and Federal New Market Tax Credits, State Capital Outlay Funding and other State and Federal funding for the project. The project is scheduled to be completed and operational by the fourth quarter of 2025. This project was recently awarded the QLICI Award in the Small Business Category by Novogradac to be presented at the June 2025 Novogradac NMTC Conference in Washington DC
