Alice Walther is a seasoned and accomplished planning professional, highly skilled in all aspects of strategic planning: project scoping and design, data collection and analysis, facilitation of planning sessions, and development of actionable plan documents. Alice has practiced as a strategic planning and organizational development consultant for over twenty-five years.
