Rebecca Rothenberg has managed more than 30 projects in housing and community development for state and county agencies, public housing authorities, non-profit organizations, and private developers. She is specifically focused on using data and community feedback to assess needs, leading to plans that are equitable, transformative and realistic. She specializes in market analysis, needs assessments, housing programs and finance, community planning, and implementation strategies. She served as lead researcher and author for the Delaware Housing Needs Assessment, and for the post-storm Unmet Needs Assessments for the states of Louisiana, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Indiana. She has also provided technical assistance to the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency in developing priorities for their Qualified Allocation Plan and developing their 5-Year Strategic Plan. For Public Housing Authorities, Ms. Rothenberg provides technical assistance for the Choice Neighborhoods program and strategic planning, particularly assisting agencies prioritize resources based on community assets and market demand.

Ms. Rothenberg holds a B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a Masters in City and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania. She is an accredited urban planner with the American Planning Association. Visit her website to learn more.
